means of support The Process When an offer is accepted, Urban Cash Flow / ( Partners) sends an
application package to the annuitant. When this application is completed
and returned, Urban Cash Flow & (Prosperity Partners) will have closing
documents prepared and submitted to the annuitant for signature. These
documents are forwarded to the closing agent. Once the documents are
received, funds are committed and held by the closing agent until the

letters of instruction are submitted to the insurance company making
