All initial projects and/or international corporate venture structured finance requests are first received by our company and are immediately reviewed. They are, then, given to our due diligence/underwriting unit for their initial review and/or comments.

All clients with suitable international corporate venture structured finance projects, ventures and/or international corporate venture finance requests conforming to our financing criteria will be directly notified/contacted.

We process international corporate structured financing requests for qualified projects/ventures located in any country. However, our company will not consider any international corporate project loan transaction located in any country that supports terrorism and/or is 'blacklisted' by The USA, The United Kingdom and/or G8 finance countries.

If your international or domestic corporate venture structured finance request does not fit any of our international finance criteria you will be notified with a brief review and explanation.

We have proprietary finance methods and procedures. In all instances, we start by reviewing your fully completed Submission Forms .These documents enable us to make instantaneous decisions regarding our initial interest and/or disinterest regarding all finance requests. Initially, we will accept a brief project/venture 'Executive Summary' in lieu of our Submission Form.

Funding Requirements for Funding OUTSIDE The U.S.                                              
 

•  'In-Principle' decision within days – typically 3-6 business days
• 90% Financing
• (for international funding there is an underwriting and due diligence cost)
• Fixed Rate = 8%  in arrears
• No Pre-Payment Penalty
• Interest Reserves up to 3 yrs
• Proof of Funds for 10% for Total amount of Project Cost ..........must be a verifiable recent Bank Statement  If you have invested 10% of cost into your project, that is fine for proof of the 10%.
• Application to full funding completed in 8 weeks, or better....   
•  On International funding requests:                 
   International and hard money loans you have always fee's.
  We have a straight bank deal. This is a great program...LTV (loan to value) will vary .what LTV are you looking for?.
   
   

  Maximum Brokerage Fees: 3% which includes Lenders Mandate/Compliance Officer fee

  Term of the loan: 1 to 10 years

  Interest: Interest only loan paid yearly in arrears

  Interest Rate: Fixed 8%

  Repayment of principal: In full at the term end of up to 10 years

  On signing of loan: 40,000 Euro’s required to cover (call option) paid to bank on receipt of

  Invoice, repaid back to borrower on first draw down of funds.

  Insurance Wrap: Covered in cost of the interest rate so long as it is not in arrears

  Time frame: From receipt of application to completion around 8 weeks or better.

  There is a one time cost for Underwriting and Due Diligence procedures.

  After file is complete,  it would be 40K Euros for 'Call Option". This 'Call Option" is returned to you. there are no other costs,

  all the rest can be rolled in.
